Den-Wil provides various housing and commercial spaces in the Brookings, SD area.  Its sister company operates the Comfort Suites and Econolodge hotels.  Also included in the portfolio are three event and banquet centers: the 4,500 square foot Old Sanctuary on Medary Avenue, the 3,700 square foot Staurolite Room at the Econolodge Inn and Suites, and the new 24,000 square foot Wilbert Square Event Center with its 10,400 square foot Great Room.
